What can we do to
improve our management system?
Through
my many years of work, I've met individuals from the most prestigious
institutions around the globe. My work also gives me the to work with those
from the smallest of communities. While it has been enjoyable both
interactions but my experience has been quite different. It is quite a
surprise.
When
I get to meet people with experience, with some with PhDs, others straight from
top businesses schools I see an air of confidence in their attitude. This
is a confidence that someone with a humble background or with no formal
education might not possess. In most cases, once we get started talking
about the subject, this aura of wisdom disintegrates. What is fascinating
to me is how the formal structure of education has deterred their curiosity. However, I encounter people in remote villages -filled with enthusiasm as well as
creativity and innocence.
according to Ovik Mkrtchyan I often doubt this distinction. It is also a question of whether knowledge is only an illusion. This is also one of my greatest lessons in life for creating my team. One thing I strive to avoid when introducing new members to my team is the illusion of knowledge.
